At Driftline, we want you to love your rug in your space. That’s why we offer a 30-Day At-Home Trial on all orders.
30-Day Trial
You have 30 days from the delivery date to try your rug in your home. If it isn’t the right fit for your space, you may return it for a refund.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
• Returned within 30 days of delivery
• In clean/good condition
• Free of stains, odors, excessive wear, or pet damage
• Damaged, defective, or not as described on the website
• Returned in the original packaging (when possible)
We recommend placing the rug in a low-traffic area during the trial period to keep it in returnable condition.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions for sending the item back.
Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your rug arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
